products are new, physically undamaged and complete products with full
factory warranty. They arrived at our warehouse in a damaged carton,
and therefore do not meet ScanSource Security's quality standards to be sold as
new. They have been repackaged in a generic carton and discounted.

"X" in the 4th character of the ScanSource Security part number, in place of the
standard hyphen (-), signifies a Rebox product. For example, if the
standard ScanSource Security part number for an item is ABC-ZZZZ, then a part
number of ABCXZZZZ would indicate a Rebox unit of that same item.
B-Stock Products B-Stock
products are functional products that may be in an impaired physical
condition, missing items or both. Each unit has been inspected and
classified into one of three Condition Codes*, defined as follows:
Condition 1:
These products are in very good to excellent condition and are packaged
in a generic box. They may be missing some minor accessories such as
cables, manuals, software CDs, straps, cases, mounting hardware, sample
media, etc.
Condition 2: In fair-to-good
condition, packaged in a generic box. May be missing minor accessories,
or all necessary accessories such as power supplies, batteries, etc.
Noticeable scratches, dents or scuff marks may be present.
Condition 3:
Packaged in a generic box. May be missing some or all minor and
necessary accessories. May also be missing various screws, fasteners or
non-essential covers, have very obvious scratches, dents, scuff marks
or cracks, broken or bent covers, and may show signs of shipping damage
or usage. Monitors and LCD displays may have one or more dead pixels.

Condition
Codes for B-Stock products are located in the 4th character of the
ScanSource Security part number, in place of the standard hyphen (-). For
example, if the standard ScanSource Security part number for an item is
ABC-XXXXX, then a part number of ABC2XXXXX would indicate a B-Stock
unit of that same item, in Condition 2. Special Terms and ConditionsBecause Rebox and B-Stock products have been discounted, special terms and conditions apply. Standard DOA return policies apply to these products; ScanSource Security will make every effort to provide a replacement unit of a similarly discounted product, if available.
