We send and receive documents every 15 minutes, seven days a week. Other formats supported include XML, Flat File, Excel, RosettaNet and EDIFACT (for Europe).

Communications Options
FTP is our preferred method of communication because it is a low cost and reliable method. We also support (s)FTP, SMTP, HTTPS, AS2 and VANs for exchanging EDI information. We use Sterling Commerce as our only VAN. We support the use of Interconnects between Sterling Commerce and the customer's VAN of choice. In addition, we utilize the ISA/GS ID’s indicated below for ftp communication.

How to Get Started
There are two different methods for making the partnership work:
- Straight EDI - You have the technical capability and systems to translate your system’s data into a specified format, transmit it to us, receive data back, interpret it and post it into your system.
- The EDI Bridge - You outsource the technical side of EDI and use a pre-packaged software designed to facilitate communication and translation of EDI documents from your existing accounting system. Learn more.
In either case, we’re confident you’ll use it as a competitive advantage.
If you are ready to implement EDI, let your sales rep know and they’ll get the process started. After you’ve done that, please review these materials and as we will use them moving forward.
- Evaluate the appropriate document maps for Straight EDI or complete the EDI Bridge sign-up information, and our representative will contact you.
- Complete appropriate agreements.
- Together, we’ll agree on a timeframe, review plans and initiate the EDI set up and testing.
