Payment by Check

C.O.D. Cashiers Check
Cashiers checks or money orders are accepted. Please note that certified checks are not accepted.

Credit Card
Visa and MasterCard are accepted

Wire Transfer
Wire transfer is an excellent option for large orders exceeding your trade credit limit, or for prepay orders. For additional information, please contact the Reseller Financial Services team at (800) 944-2439 ext. 4007.

Bank Letter of Credit
A letter of credit is an instrument of finance, initiated by the reseller through a financial institution, promising to pay a designated sum of money under conditions agreed to by all parties.

Personal Guarantee
A personal guarantee is often used when a company cannot demonstrate enough business assets to support the limit desired. A personal guarantee requires the owner or other principle of your company to pledge their personal assets as additional security to support the line of credit. In order for a personal guarantee to be accepted, we may require any of the following:

• The completed personal guarantee form
• A signed copy of a current personal financial statement on the person signing the guarantee, or a copy of the individual's most recent federal tax return.

Floor Planning
Floor planning options are available to our reseller customers through leading financial institutions. Some of these institutions include GE Commercial Distribution Finance, IBM Global Financing and Castle Pines Capital.

Security Agreement
The Purchase Money Security Interest (PMSI) is a security agreement to finance one purchase order(PO). It is done in conjunction with an Assignment of Proceeds where the end user routes the payment directly to a ScanSource lockbox. This agreement is used primarily for customers who have a large deal (outside normal business volume and above their credit line). This agreement expands the credit line for a specific PO by taking a first place security interest (ahead of any other secured parties) in the inventory and resulting receivable of that PO alone.
