Promotion Validity: May 1, 2017 - October 31, 2017

How It Works:

1. Choose the type of competitive opportunity:
    a. Competitive BOM Opportunity: Reseller must submit a deal registration request for the opportunity, along with copy of competitive (non-Aruba) BOM to your local Aruba Sales Manager: Channel Sales Specialist (CSS), Territory Manager(TM), Inside Channel Sales Specialist (ICSS) representative
    b. Competitive Trade-In Opportunity: Reseller must submit a deal registration request along with a Competitive Trade-In Request form, and Letter of Intent to Destroy form to your local Aruba Sales Manager: Channel Sales Specialist (CSS), Territory Manager(TM), Inside Channel Sales Specialist (ICSS) representative
2. Request an Aruba Big Deal quote with your standard discount, 12% deal  promotional discount from the Aruba Sales Manager; actual discount will vary for each individual deal, and will range from 5-15% additional discount
3. Aruba Sales Manager must route this for an approval from Aruba Channel Director and, once approved, the Aruba sales manager will provide an Aruba Big Deal quote to the reseller
4. Reseller places purchase order with preferred distributor, and includes the approved Aruba Big Deal ID number

Reseller Terms and Conditions
• Promotion is not applicable to existing Aruba deals (deals with an existing quote)
• Eligible end-user customers: US Only
• Reseller PO must be received by distribution on or before October 31, 2017
• An approved Big Deal ID# and Deal Registration is required for this promotion
• This promotion may not be stacked with any other Aruba promotion, Big Deal, or Non-Standard Pricing (NSP)
• An approval by Aruba Channel Director is required (Aruba Sales Manager must obtain this approval once a request is received from the partner)
• Aruba, HPE, and authorized Aruba distributors will not receive or take in any equipment, or products that are being traded-in by end-user customers
• Aruba reserves the right to end/modify this promotion at any time
• In case of a dispute, decision taken by Aruba management will be final and binding on all parties

Distributor Instructions
Steps to follow once a quote request is received from the VAR:
1. Promotion is not applicable to existing Aruba deals (deals with an existing quote)
2. Distributor receives approved Big Deal from Aruba reseller and provides quote to reseller
3. Distributor confirms the Aruba Big Deal ID# is referenced on the VAR purchase order
