Sales
Each ScanSource Security Distribution sales representative is a dedicated, single point of contact ready to assist you with everything from price quotes to product and program questions. Assigned to a limited number of accounts, each member of our Sales Team is focused on the growth of our customers. Our sales team receives extensive product training on a weekly basis, so you can feel confident that the information they provide is accurate and up-to-date.

Business Development
When we set out to help a business partner achieve success, we do so knowing that we must offer an added tactical dimension that nobody else can offer. No other distribution partner takes the time to evaluate your business inside and out like we do. After an initial assessment, our business development experts work with you to develop strategic growth plans and to determine which products and services can help achieve your goals and grow your business. Merchandising
The primary role of our merchandising team is to maintain and grow strategic partnerships with each of our manufacturers. They ensure that the proper inventory levels are being maintained while offering the pricing our dealers expect. This team also coordinates marketing activities and partner programs designed to enhance and grow your business.

Technical Support
Ready to help you with all your technical questions, Monday-Friday, from 8am to 8pm EST, our IP savvy and network certified technical support team receives countless hours of in-depth technical training and can assist you with pre- and post-sale technical support. We also offer technical tools like FAQs and online configurators to assist you 24/7.

Financial Services
We have financial specialists dedicated to developing strong relationships with dealers and integrators and a detailed understanding of their financial needs. Our finance team offers direct credit and financing options as well as multiple partnership programs.
