What does SI mean to CT?
System Integration to us is the integration and configuration of hardware and software. We do not perform network integration.
Where are you located?
We reside in our Memphis distribution center which provides easy access to inventory for configuring product and seamless shipping to
you or blind shipped to your end user.
How much experience does System Integration have with Avaya product?
SI has over six years experience integrating and configuring Avaya products including Definity switches
(Final Channel Assembly), S8300, S8500, S8700, S8710 media servers, G350, G600, G650, G700 media gateways, IP Office & Modular Messaging.
Do you provide integration services to product that is not purchased from Catalyst?
We exist solely to promote hardware sales and "stand-alone" integrations services are not available. Customer Owned Product can be supplied
and integrated when purchasing Catalyst product.
How many employees work for SI?
We have a dedicated staff of ten full time associates and have a flexible temporary staff as needed.

What is your capacity?
SI Telephony physical facility capacity is 136 units per day and we are approximately 25 % of that today.
What products and services does SI provide?
Avaya Final Channel Assembly for the Definity (Prologix), G350, 600, 650 and 700 Media gateways, the new S8300, 8500, 8700 and
8710 media servers, IP Office 403, 406 and 412 switches, MAS & MSS Modular Messaging... and HP and other Telephony servers. We
provide Multi-cabinet, RAID controller, memory, hard drive, modem, NIC, processor, multimedia, power supply and hot swappable
component installation and configuration.
Does SI check for system updates such as patches on main servers?
Yes, Avaya provides us update and patch notifications and we verify the latest revisions through the Avaya website.
How long does it take to integrate the units?
Our published turn around time is three days starting from the time we receive the order. Actual time varies depending on workload
volume and order size. Exact delivery dates will be established with your Sales Rep at time of order.
